The Society of Intellectual Revolution (SIR), a public interest incorporated association (hereinafter “SIR”), regards the protection of personal information as an important matter and establishes and implements the following privacy policy.

1. Establishment and continual improvement of an information security education program
SIR officers and employees recognize the importance of protecting personal information. SIR establishes, implements, maintains and continually improves an information security education program for the protection of personal information.

2. Collection, use and provision of personal information
When collecting, using or providing personal information in accordance with the nature of SIR's activities and operations, SIR handles such information appropriately in accordance with its internal rules.

3. Implementation of security measures
SIR establishes rules and implements security measures to prevent personal information from being disclosed outside the organization or improperly altered. SIR seeks to prevent unauthorized access to, loss, destruction, alteration or leakage of personal information.

4. Respect for individual rights
SIR respects individual rights concerning personal information. When a person requests disclosure, correction or deletion of their own personal information, SIR responds appropriately in light of generally accepted social norms and practices.

5. Compliance with laws and standards
SIR complies with laws and other standards concerning personal information and works to ensure that all members understand the importance of personal information protection and apply appropriate handling practices.
